The newly built apartment is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. Every room has its own dedicated air conditioning. The sleeping area includes an elegant triple room with a 32" Smart TV, a king-size double bed and a single bed, ideal for maximum comfort and relaxation.

A second bedroom, also fitted with a 32" Smart TV, features a king-size double bed.

You will also find an open space with a comfortable sofa bed, a 42" Smart TV and a kitchen that combines functionality and style: fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.
Guests are welcome to complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil capsules.

To ensure maximum comfort for our guests, the apartment offers 2 full bathrooms, elegant and spacious. Each bathroom is fitted with a large shower cubicle, double washbasin and handy storage space, hairdryer included.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

On the third floor, a stunning panoramic rooftop terrace shared with other guests offers the perfect spot to relax at sunset.

The property also includes a private fenced parking area, video-monitored and accessible automatically via code. Parking is subject to a fee: €15 for the first night, €10 for the second and third nights, and €5 per night from the fourth night onwards.
