We were a large group on vacation. Everything was fantastic: the location, the easy access to shops and public transport stops. The host is friendly and welcoming. Every detail in the apartment is carefully thought out. If we're lucky enough to come back to Venice, we'll stay there again without hesitation. Thank you! :-))

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Venice. The apartment was new, very clean and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, which made it very easy and convenient to reach the island of Venice. There were also supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities nearby, which made our stay even more pleasant. The area felt safe and convenient, and everything we needed was within walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice, and we would gladly come back.

Lovely apartment... It has all the amenities and is spotlessly clean. Close to the bus stop. The host is always responsive and proactive. If I go to Venice, I would definitely like to stay in the same apartment again. I stayed with the children. They felt at home too.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and fragrant, without a single speck of dirt. I appreciate the parking behind the gate in a private car park and the access to the train station. Even though the apartment is above the restaurant, no noise came from there. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

It's a newly built building, and in the new apartments we were the first to use many things. It offered everything we needed, but just as we were leaving we saw that the building had a parking area with a password. I wish we had known that too.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, modern. And the ease of reaching the island, plus the supermarkets and shops in the neighborhood, make it excellent.
